Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Indoor Clinics
NEW REFUND POLICY* Please consider before registering. -14+ days before the program starts: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee, or possible full account credit toward a future AVC program. -7–13 days before the program starts: 50% refund or full AVC account credit. -Less than 7 days before the program starts: No refunds. -Missed sessions: No refunds or makeups for missed clinic/camp dates. -Medical emergencies/injuries: Refunds or credits may be considered with documentation. -If AVC cancels a session/program: Participants will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another program. -Weather-related cancellations: If possible, AVC will offer a makeup session or account credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Private/Small Group Lessons
You can pay day-of or before your session. If you cancel within 24 hours of lesson, we ask that you still pay for it since that’s a spot someone else could have taken.

Youth Fall Ball Season
Due to limited roster spots, registration fees for this season are non-refundable. Once a player is registered, their spot is reserved. Partial refund requests, prior to season starting, due to injury, illness, or family emergency may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AVC Nebraska. Once season starts, there will be no refunds.
